What this calculator does

Add the four official MCAT section scores to obtain the 472–528 total score. It performs only the arithmetic described on this page. Enter values from the same course, practice set, score report, or scoring scale so the result remains meaningful.

Formula and worked method

MCAT total = the sum of the four scaled section scores. For example, 127 + 126 + 128 + 129 = 510. The result is recalculated immediately after you submit the form, and the displayed precision does not create extra certainty beyond the values entered.
