You have not registered

If the regular deadline is still open where you are, use your MyACT account now rather than relying on a reminder or an unfinished form. If it has passed, check whether late registration is available for your location. ACT lists September 29 as the late deadline, but a published deadline does not guarantee a place at a preferred center. Review the exact fee shown in the official checkout flow before submitting.

You started registration but did not finish

Open MyACT and confirm whether the registration is actually complete. A saved profile, calendar event or payment attempt is not the same as a confirmed registration. Record the test date, center, format and any optional sections shown in your account. Keep private login and identity information out of shared notes.

You missed late registration

ACT says a student who misses the late deadline may request standby testing through MyACT. Standby admission is not guaranteed because a center must have a seat, materials and staff. Do not travel based only on a standby request. Read the current official instructions and keep a later test date as a backup.

You requested accommodations or English Learner supports

Do not treat the general registration deadline as proof that a support request was submitted or approved. ACT states that requests and appeals must be submitted through its Test Accessibility and Accommodations system by the published accommodations deadline.
