Only then do you use the current Prometric process to select an available appointment. A payment receipt by itself is not a test-center reservation.

The same organization that manages your post-transition application also manages score-report delivery and examinee customer service. For international students and graduates, prior score reports posted to the ECFMG portal within the transition window were moved according to USMLE's published transition rules.
