About this original practice set

This PSAT/NMSQT skills check contains original Exams.fit questions written for study and diagnostic use. It does not reproduce official questions or protected exam content. The set samples core reasoning from Reading and Writing information and ideas, craft and structure, Standard English conventions and expression of ideas, Math algebra, advanced math, problem solving and data analysis, geometry and trigonometry, digital module pacing and is intentionally short enough to review in one focused session.

How to take it

Answer the questions without checking explanations. If a question feels slow, make the best supported choice and mark the topic for review rather than turning one item into an unlimited-time exercise. The purpose is to observe your process: what you notice first, which rule or evidence you use, and where uncertainty appears.

How to review your result

After submitting, read every explanation, including the questions you answered correctly. For each miss, identify whether the cause was knowledge, reasoning, reading, pacing, or execution. Then redo the item later from a blank start and complete a fresh question on the same skill. A higher score matters only when the underlying reasoning becomes more reliable.

Use with current official preparation material

The digital PSAT/NMSQT has Reading and Writing and Math sections, each divided into two modules. Current standard timing is 2 hours 14 minutes. Use the official organization’s current outline and sample material as the authority for format and policies. This set is supplemental practice and should be combined with full-length or official-format work as your test date approaches.
